Do you care for an older family member and sometimes need a break from caregiving?

Even the strongest families experience emotional and physical stress from the difficult demands of providing care for an older family member. Time away from the responsibilities of caring can relieve stress and refresh caregivers enough to enable them to coninue in their important role.

We Can Help!

Time Out is a program that trains college students to provide in-home support to caregivers of frail and/or impaired older adults.

Time Out workers are students from local colleges that receive 10 hours of intensive training.

Students help with:

* Caring companionship
* Meal preparation
* Providing a safe environment
* Assistance into bathroom
* Lending support to caregivers
* Recreational and Social Activities
